  • Step 1

    Wash the meat and let it soak in cold water for about 1 hour.

    Saute 1 large onion, finely chopped, and 4-5 cloves of whole garlic in 100 grams of butter over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Drain the soaked meat.

    Add the drained meat to the pressure cooker and sauté it with onions and garlic for 5 minutes.

    Then add 2 large carrots, divided into 4 pieces and then diagonally sliced in half, 4-5 large potatoes, divided into 4 pieces, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and 1 bay leaf to the pot.

    Add 5-6 cups of hot water to the pot and cook the dish (the water should exceed the meat by about 1 finger).

    Once the dish is cooked, open the lid of your pressure cooker after the steam is released.

    After the dish cools down a bit, add the juice of 1 squeezed lemon to the pot, simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat, and turn off the stove.

    After dividing the dish into plates, sprinkle chopped parsley leaves on top of the plates and serve your dish immediately while it is still hot. Enjoy your meal. (Please do not forget to remove the bay leaf from the dish after it is cooked).
