Take 300 grams of ground beef, 1 finely chopped onion, chopped ½ bunch of parsley, 1 egg, 2 slices of bread, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, thyme, and cumin, and put them in a mixing bowl. Mix them well.

Take one sheet of phyllo dough and lay it on the counter. Drizzle some olive oil on top and fold it in half.

Spread the meat mixture onto the phyllo dough, from one end to the other, like a strip. Do the same for all the phyllo.

Then, roll it up and cut it into slices. Put the slices onto skewers.

Bake the kebabs in a preheated 180 degrees Celsius oven until they are nicely browned.
