  • Step 1

    To marinate the diced meat, first mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of thyme. Then, combine it with the meat and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  • Step 2

    Cut 8 cheryy tomatoes into halves and chop 6 peppers into large pieces. Peel the skin off 1 bowl of onions and a handful of garlic cloves.

  • Step 3

    Place the marinated meat and tomatoes in a baking dish. Then, arrange the peppers and add the pearl onions. Place the garlic cloves on top of the onions.

  • Step 4

    Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of salt. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over all the ingredients.

  • Step 5

    Lastly, add ½ cup of water and put it in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  • Step 6

    After it's cooked, you can remove it from the oven and serve. Enjoy your meal!
