  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, take 500 grams of ground beef, 100 grams of fatty lamb minced meat, 3-4 grated cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

  • Step 2

    Knead thoroughly for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Tear off pieces the size of your palm and press them in your hand. After preparing them all this way, let them rest in the refrigerator. The longer they rest, the more flavorful they will be.

    Cook on both sides in a cast iron or regular pan.
