How be made Tire Meatballs

  • Step 1

    Knead 500 grams of ground beef with 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper in a bowl for about 10 minutes. Divide the meat into 10-12 equal portions.

    Slightly wet your hands and flatten each portion into a thin layer, then wrap it around a skewer.

  • Step 3

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    For the sauce, grate or dice 4 medium-sized tomatoes. Take 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and cook the tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then turn off the heat.

    Roast 3-4 cherry tomatoes and 3-4 peppers on a pan for serving.

  • Step 6

    Cook the rested meatballs on a pan, flipping them to cook both sides. Remove the cooked meatballs from the skewers.

  • Step 7

    Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and heat it. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook them for a while in the melted butter.

    Your meatballs are ready! Place the prepared tomato sauce on a plate. Arrange the meatballs on top. Add the roasted peppers and tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
