Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Cube 600 grams of chicken breast. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot without letting it burn, and add the chicken.

    Cook the chicken until water evaporates and changes color. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.

    To make the curry sauce, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over the melted butter and sauté until it releases its aroma.

    Slowly add 2 cups of cold milk to the sautéed flour, stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.

    When the milk comes to a boil, add ½ cup of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Then add 1 dessert spoon of curry powder and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
