How be made Pan-Fried Sole Fish;

  • Step 1

    Add 3 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to a plate, mix well.

  • Step 2

    After washing the sole fish, remove the excess water with a paper towel and place it on the plate.

  • Step 3

    Coat both sides of the sole fish with a thin layer of cornmeal mixture.

  • Step 4

    Take a wide pan and add 1.5 cups of olive oil, heat it well. Put the fish into the hot oil.

    Cook each side for about 4 minutes.

    Transfer the cooked fish to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
