    Take the meats and olive oil in a pot. Cook over high heat until meats’ color turn. (Don’t cook completely just until it turn color).

    After, add the onions and continue to cook.

    Meanwhile coarsely chop the green peppers. When the onions start to soften, add the peppers and continue to cook throughout for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the paprika paste. Finely chop the garlics.

    Afterward add the garlics. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel them and add them to the dish.

    After added water and spicies, continue to mixtly cook throughout 1-2 minutes.

    Cover the pot with a lid, cook for appromixtely 10-15 minutes until water evaporates.

    Afterward cover the casserole dish(es) with aluminum foil and cook for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until meats are soft.
