  • Step 1

    Grate one small onion into a bowl. Then add 1 dessert spoon of yogurt and tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of thyme. Mix well.

    Then put the meat slices into the sauce and mix them with your hands until all pieces are coated with the sauce.

    Open a large stretch film on the counter and place the meat pieces on it, wrapping them into a thick strip.

    Put it in the freezer and let it rest for about 5-6 hours. It should be in the freezer, not the refrigerator.

    After the resting time is over, remove the meat from the freezer and carefully slice it into thin slices with a sharp knife.
