“Kilis Tava” is a popular Turkish dish that originates from the city of Kilis in southeastern Turkey. It is a flavorful and comforting dish known for its simple yet delicious ingredients and preparation method.

Step 1
In a deep bowl, put the mince. Add all ingredients except eggplants, 1 tomato and 1 green pepper.

Knead well until all ingredient mix well each other.

Cover with stretch film and let it rest for appromixtely 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Cut into thin long strpis the eggplants. (because eggplant is a darkening vegetable, wait in salt water and near the finish rest the mince time, start to take action the eggplants).

Grease bottom of circular bake tray or circular prexy with a little bit butter or olive oil and place the cutted into thin long strips eggplants and add the a little bit salt on top of eggplants.

Spread smooth the rested mince on top of eggplants.

Cut into slices the mince, to be 8 slices.(Just make trace don’t cut totally). Cut 1 green pepper and 1 tomato as you wish and make decorate with them.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. (Every oven is not same that’s why be sure whether bake or not).

When is baked, remove from oven and hot serve. Enjoy your meal.
