How to cook Foreset Kebab:

Step 1
Mix the cubed beef (or cubed lamb) with 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of flour in a bowl.

Put the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the teflon-coated pan and fry. Add the meat on top. After cooking for approximately 10-15 minutes and when the meat’s water evaporated, put it on a plate.

Fry the onions in the same teflon-coated pan that large diced. At this stage, if you want you can add a little bit of olive oil.

Afterwards, cut the carrots into cubes, add them to the pan and continue to fry for approximately 5-6 minutes.

Lastly, also cut the potatoes into cubes, add them to the pan and continue to fry for approximately 10-12 minutes.

When fired the ingredients where into pan, add the meat, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of butter, then continue fry.

After added the hot sufficent water to cover, add the salt and black pepper cook for approximately 30-35 minutes until the meats are soft. If the meats are not cooked, you can extend the time or if the meats are cooked then you can shorten the time.

After meats are well softened, add the peas and mix 2-3 times. Be sure to check whether meats are cooked or not.

Fry the thyme in remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, and then pour it over the meal.

Remove the meal from the heat. You can serve it as you wish.
