How be made Bonito Fillet

  • Step 1

    Firstly, remove and clean the fish bones. If you want, you can ask the place where you bought the fish to sort and clean it.

  • Step 2

    This way, you get 4 fillets from 2 bonitos. Make sure there are no fish bones left in the bonitos.

  • Step 3

    On the other side, pour ½ tea cup of olive oil in medium-sized wipe pot and heat it. Finely chop the onions into half-moon shapes. After chopped onions add the pot. Finely chop peppers and add them to the pot. Fry the onions and peppers until they are slightly soft.

  • Step 4

    Afterwards, dice the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the pot. Add the salt and black pepper. ( You can adjust the spices acoording to your palate). Cook the tomatoes along with other vetagebles until they are soft.

  • Step 5

    Afterwards, pour vetageble mixture into a large circular casserole dish or baking pan and spread it well. If you want, you can use normal baking pan. Place the bonito fillets on top of vegatable mixture in the casserole dish.

  • Step 6

    For better flavor infusion of the vegetable mixture into the bonito fillets and a more attractive appearance, coat both sides of the fillets with the vegetable mixture.

  • Step 7

    Afterwards, place the bonito fiilets on top of vegateble mixture. Cook for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. ( Every oven is not same that’s why check the cook or not. If it isn’t cooked you can extend the time or if it’s cooked you can shorten the time).

  • Step 8

    Remove the cooked bonito fillets from oven. Finely chop the parsley, add to the the bonito fillets and enjoy your meal. (You can service it hot).
