Beyti kebabı is a delicious Turkish dish made with minced meat (usually lamb or beef) seasoned with various spices, wrapped in lavash or phyllo dough, and then grilled or baked. Here’s a general recipe for making beyti kebabı:

Step 1
In a wipe dipe bowl, put the 500 grams of mince, 1 medium-sized grated onion, 1 tablespoon of breadcrubms, minced quarter bunch of parsley, 1 dessert spoon of red paprika paste,1 dessert spoon of balck pepper, 1 dessert spoon of cumin and 1 teaspoon of salt. After putted all ingredients knead well.

Step 2
Divide half that you have prepared meatball’s mix. Place the 1 phyllo dough on flat ground. Grease lightly with olive oil. Place the half mince in 1 phyllo dough. Fold a little the phyllo dough’s edges ( right and left ends) inward. Make a roll firmly. Do same thing the other phyllo.

Cut diagonally the phyllo dough that you have prepared. Place the cutted Beyti Kebab on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. ( If you don’ t have greasepproof paper, then grease the baking tray).

Bake for 20-25 minutes until fry on top of phyllo dough, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

While if baking, in medium-sized pot, put the 2,5 tablespoons of butter and melt it. After melted, add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.

Add the ½ tea cup of water and cook the sauce contiunal mixtly. After baked the Beyti Kebab, place the service plate. Pour the you have prepared tomato sauce on Beyti Kebab.

Finally make a sauce with 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 clove of garlic. (If you don’t like the garlic, you can use only yoghurt)

After made yoghurt sauce, place the service plate near of Beyti Kebab and enjoy your meal.
