  • Step 1

    The recipe is quite simple, let's get started with the preparation. Take the 4 sea bream fish you've bought for grilling, and make shallow cuts on both sides, no need for deep cuts.

    Next, wash them thoroughly and drain excess water. Place 2 bay leaves inside each sea bream.

  • Step 3

    Heat up the grill you'll be using. While the grill is heating, season the fish with 1-2 dessert spoons of salt and 1 dessert spoon of black pepper. Although not in the recipe, you can use other spices if desired.

    After adding the spices, drizzle 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil over them and use your hands to spread it all over the fish. This should be enough oil, but to prevent sticking, you can also oil the grill a bit.
