    First, wash 500 grams of broccoli thoroughly. Then, chop 1 onion, 1 potato, and 1 carrot into small cubes.

    Put them in a pot, add enough hot water to cover them and boil the vegetables until they become tender.

    In another pot, add 2 tablespoons of butter and melt it. Then, add 1 tablespoon of flour and sauté until the flour's aroma dissipates.

    Slowly add 2 cups of milk while constantly stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps.
