Finely chop 1 onion. Put 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the chopped onion. If you're afraid of using a pressure cooker, you can also use a regular pot.

Next, add 300 grams of cubed beef to the pot and sauté it a bit. At this stage, the meat should release and absorb its juices.
