  • Step 1

    Take 400 grams of minced meat that has been ground twice and 50 grams of tail fat, and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add 1 grated onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of powdered red pepper, red pepper flakes and salt. Knead the mixture for at least 10 minutes. Thread the kneaded mixture onto skewers. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1-1.5 hours.

    Once the resting time is over, transfer the Urfa kebabs to a baking tray. Add tomatoes, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers on the sides.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until they are browned. You can serve them with lavash or an onion salad rubbed with sumac and salt on the side. Enjoy your meal!
