First, soak the sliced bonito slices in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove the blood.

Then, gently wash the bonito slices and place them in a mixing bowl after draining the water.

Add ½ cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, powdered red pepper, black pepper, and 1 dessert spoon of thyme to the bonito slices, and mix well. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Peel the skin of 2 onions and finely chop them. In a suitable pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, and add them to the pan along with the onions. Sauté them.
