    First, soak 1 tea cup of fine bulgur in warm water for a while.

    While the bulgur is swelling, finely chop or grate 1 large onion and 4 cloves of garlic.

    After about 15 minutes, transfer the bulgur to a mixing bowl, add the chopped onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then knead the mixture. Once all the ingredients are well combined, add 500 grams of fatty ground beef and knead for about 10-15 minutes.

    After thoroughly kneading, take the skewer, wet your hands, take small pieces of the meat mixture and mold them onto the skewer.

    Next, remove the meat from the skewer and arrange it on a suitable baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the meat is cooked through.
