  • Step 1

    Heat a steel pot well and add 500 grams of diced meat to the pot.

    Sauté the meat on high heat until it absorbs its own juice and releases it again.

    While the meat is browning, finely chop 1 onion and add it to the meat that has absorbed its juice.

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté for about 3 minutes.

    Then, add 1 cup of hot water. Stir, cover the pot, and let it cook on low heat.
