Patlıcan kebabı, a popular Turkish dish, is a delicious and flavorful recipe that features grilled or roasted eggplant (patlıcan) as the main ingredient. Step 1
Mince the ½ bunch of parsley and grate the 2 medium-sized onions. Afterwards in a wide bowl, put the 500 grams of mince, minced parsley and grated onions.

Mince the 2 cloves of garlic and add the bowl, afterwards add the 1 cup of stale bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper and cumin.

Knead well all these ingredients for 10 minutes, divide the pieces size of big than walnut and maket them circular meatballs.

Slice into pieces about two fingers thicks to 3 eggplants. After sliced, place one eggplant followed by one meatball in alternating order in the baking tray.

Fill the empty places with 3 cheryy tomato. (if you want, you can cut the tomatoes).

For sauce in another bowl, mix the 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 cup of hot water. Add the on top of to 1 grated tomato, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper and finally cut the 2 green peppers and add the sauce with 1 minced clove of garlic and mix again.

Pour the sauce and 1 tea cup of water to the eggplants and meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees , preferably in a convection or fan-assisted oven, for about 50-60 minutes.

When Eggplant Kebab baked, remove from oven. Now you can serve (if you want you can serve with yoghurt) and enjoy your meal.
