Heat ½ cup of olive oil in a pot, then add 10 peeled and cleaned pearl onions and diced meat to the pot.

After the meat releases its juices, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 cup of hot water to the pot.

After mixing well, continue cooking with the lid on until the meat becomes tender, about 8-9 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice 2 medium-sized potatoes and 2 peeled tomatoes, and finely dice 2 medium-sized carrots.

Add the softened meat and mix in the potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots.

When the potatoes start to soften, add 1 cup of drained peas, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, oregano, and salt, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Then remove the dish from the heat.

Fold greaseproof paper, each about 30cmx30cm in size, into individual portions by folding the sides towards the center.

First, fold the long edges together, then fold the sides, making sure that the folds are placed underneath, and place them in a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
