Onion Kebab, also known as “Piyaz Kebabı” in Turkish, is a popular dish that features a combination of marinated meat, usually lamb or beef, and skewered onion slices. Step 1
In a bowl, put the 500 grams os fatty mince, add the 1 dessert spoon of powdered red pepper and black pepper and 2 dessert spoons of salt. After added these ingredients knead for 5 minutes.

As much you have onions, so much make the circular meatball more than onions and put a tray or any bowl.

Trim the tops of the onions' stalks with a knife and wash the onions.

Separate the layers of the onions according to the size of your meatballs. After separating the onion layers, place the meatballs between layers of onions. Make sure there are 2-3 layers of onions surrounding the meatballs, not just one layer. Continue this process until finish onions and meatballs.

After placed the meatballs beetween onions and place in the bake tray or bake pyrex.

Bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees until onions’ and meatballs’ color turn. (We can’t give a certain baking time because every oven is diffrent, but be sure to not burn)

In a bowl, whisk well the 3 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses, 1,5 cups of water and 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste.

Remove the baked onions from oven and pour the sauce with help a tablespoon.

After poured the sauce, cover with greaseproof paper the bake tray and bake for 10-15 more minutes until the onions be soft.

After baked the Onion Kebab, remove from oven and hot serve. Enjoy your meal.
