First, clean 100 grams of dried okra by removing the stem ends and ensuring that the hairs on them are removed.

Add enough hot water to cover the cleaned dried okra and boil for approximately 10 minutes. While boiling, add 1 teaspoon of lemon salt.

Drain the softened okra and place them in a bowl. Add enough cold water to cover them and shock them.

Then, remove the strings from the okra.

To prepare the soup, place 300 grams of lamb stew meat in a pot and cook until it releases and absorbs its own juices. Add 3 tablespoons of butter on top.

Finely chop 2 large onions and add them to the pot. Cook until the onions turn pink.

Once the onions are sautéed, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste and sauté until the paste loses its raw smell.

Then, add enough hot water to cover the ingredients and add the okra. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Once the soup reaches the desired consistency, add 1 teaspoon of lemon salt and let it simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Then, turn off the heat.
