  • Step 1

    First, cut 200 grams of tenderloin into small cubes.

    In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper.

    After preparing the mixture, combine the cubed meat with the marinade and mix well.

  • Step 4

    Then, thread the meat onto the skewers, making sure there are no gaps between the pieces. Halfway through threading the skewers should be enough.

    Heat your cast iron pan or grill.

    Place the skewers on the pan/grill and cook both sides well. Then, you can serve them on plates. You can also serve them with grilled tomatoes or peppers. Enjoy your meal.
