    After thoroughly washing 3 leek stalks, finely chop them. Grate 1 carrot and sauté it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over low heat.

    In a deep bowl, place 250 grams of ground beef, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder. Add 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, chopped parsley from ½ bunch, the sautéed carrots and leeks.
