  • Step 1

    Take 2 tea cups of olive oil into a bowl, grate 5 cloves of garlic into it, add 1 teaspoon of red chili pepper, thyme, and 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper.

  • Step 2

    Put the meats into the prepared marinade and knead well with your hands to ensure that the marinade penetrates all sides of the meat.

  • Step 3

    Cover the bowl with stretch film and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 4

    When it's time to cook the meat, preferably take a cast iron skillet and heat it for about 10 minutes. When the cast iron skillet is hot and smoke starts to rise from it, reduce the heat and add the meat to the skillet.

  • Step 5

    Cook each piece for about 4 minutes, flipping every 15 seconds. This will give you a medium-rare meat. If you prefer it more cooked, you can extend the cooking time.

  • Step 6

    Transfer the cooked meat to a stainless steel pot and let it rest for about 5 minutes with the pot lid closed before serving.

    Also, char the two halved 2 tomatoes and peppers on the still-hot cast iron skillet.

    Serve the lamb kabab with rice pilaf, charred tomatoes and peppers. Enjoy your meal.
