  • Step 1

    Remove the skin of the sea bass and divide it into 4 pieces. Place the divided sea bass into a food processor. Process in the food processor until it reaches a minced consistency. After it turns into minced meat, transfer it into a deep bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and curry powder on it. It's not in the recipe, but you can also add other spices if you'd like.

  • Step 3

    Finely chop ½ bunch of parsley and ¼ bunch of dill, then add them to the mixture. Then finely chop 4 fresh onions and 1 onion, and add them.

  • Step 4

    Finally, add ½ cup of breadcrumbs and knead well. Wet your hands, take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture you've prepared, roll them, and flatten to give them a patty shape.

  • Step 5

    Pour ½ cup of olive oil into a wide pan and heat it without letting it burn. Then, fry the fish patties you've made on both sides until they are nicely browned.

  • Step 6

    Place a paper towel under the serving plate to absorb excess oil. After the fish patties are cooked, you can transfer them to the serving plate. As a suggestion, enjoy them warm with a side of lemon. Bon appétit.
