    Boil 7 cups of hot water in a large pot. Transfer 2 cups of washed and drained red lentils to the pot.

    Then, add 3 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of bulgur, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Cook for about 35-40 minutes, or until the red lentils become soft.
