Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot, then add diced meat and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Next, add 2 medium-sized onions (peeled and roughly chopped) and 2 bell peppers (diced).

After lightly sautéing, add 1 teaspoon of thyme and 3-4 cloves of minced garlic.

After 5 minutes, add enough hot water to cover the ingredients.

Cover the pot and let it cook. Towards the end, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, stir.

After the meat is cooked, separate 1 cup of the meat juice and let it cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 cup of strained yogurt until smooth.
