Çökertme kebabı is another delightful dish from Turkish cuisine. It is named after the Çökertme Bay, a picturesque bay located in the Bodrum region of Turkey. This kebab is known for its unique presentation and combination of flavors. Here’s recipe of çökertme kebabı:

How to cooked Çökertme Kebab:

Step 1
1.Cut lean meat into long, thin strips. Mix all ingredients (expect butter) in a bowl for meat marinade and cover the top with cling film and let it rest the refrigerator for 1-1,5 hours.

Pell the potatoes and cut them into matchstick-sized. Wash them plenty of water and dry them with paper towel. (it’s important to ensure that potatoes are dried properly.)

Heat olive oil in a pot (be sure to not burn the olive oil). After fry the potatoes until turn golden yellow.

After fried, place the potatoes on a plate lined with a paper towel.

While they are resting, put the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a deep wipe pot. Cook the meats that been marinade appromixtely 30-35 minutes until water evaporate.

When they cooked, add the 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of freshly ground balck pepper and remove from cooker.

For prepare tomato sauce; heat the 2 tablespoons of butter in a small pan. Add the 1 grated tomato and 1 dessert spoon of red pepper flakes on top, cook for additional 10 minutes and remove from cooker.

For yoghurt sauce, whisk yoghurt and garlic. (if you don’t like garlic, you can use only yoghurt.)

On serving plates; arrenge the fried matchtick-sized potatoes, whisked garlic yoghurt, sauted meat slicesand tomato sauce. If desired, you can sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top. Now your meal is ready eat with pleasure.
