Let's take the diced meat into the pot.

Close the lid of the pot and leave it to cook on low heat until the meat releases and absorbs its juices.

Then add 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.

After the butter is melted, sauté the meat for 2-3 minutes.

Continue sautéing by adding 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and 5 peppers.

Add 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of thyme, and 1 teaspoon of cumin to the well-sautéed meat and mix.

Add 4 diced tomatoes with peeled skin and mix.
