Baked sardines are a simple and delicious seafood dish that involves cooking fresh sardines in an oven. How be made Baked Sardines:

  • Step 1

    Remove the heads of the sardines and clean the insides thoroughly. Wash them in a bowl with plenty of water, add some salt and leave in strainer to be strained from more water.

  • Step 2

    Finely chop the onions. Clean the parsley leaves, wash them, dry them and finely chop them.

  • Step 3

    Finely chop the garlic cloves. Cut the tomatos in half.

  • Step 4

    Lightly grease the bottom of the baking tray. Spread the finely chopped onions on the bottom of the tray. Sprinkle the chopped garlic over the onions.
