In a soup pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Stir 1-2 times.
After adding 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, start sautéing.
Then add 4 peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Add 6 cups of chicken broth. After it boils, add 3/4 cup of barley noodles, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Once the barley noodles are cooked, remove it from the heat and serve. Enjoy your meal!
